Very powerful episode here, my bro Fred joins me to talk about the ultimate battle of life. The ultimate battle of Me. VS. Men. We touch on the environmental struggles we grew up in as young black men. Depression, negative self-esteem, insecurities and the vices we ran to comfort ourselves and band-aid our wounds. Hard hearts have led to many scares yet now we are now traveling on our paths wiser and with more open hearts and minds. There is so much power in truly self-openness and vulnerability.  I hope this episode helps anyone who is out there dealing and living with these battles of self we share here.
